Give Nebraska Enhances Philanthropic Reach with Addition of 4 New Nonprofit Organizations

Give Nebraska makes it easy and effective for everyone to make a difference in their community and support positive change. Donors can give to the causes they care about most through their workplace giving campaign or give directly through Give Nebraska’s website.

For the 2024 Charitable Giving Campaign, Give Nebraska is pleased to announce the addition of four new member agencies doing great work across the state of Nebraska. This brings their member agency list total up to 76 nonprofits across the state, giving employees more choices in their workplace giving campaigns.

New agencies include:

•    Cause Collective: Strengthens nonprofits to better serve the community through collaboration, education and advocacy.

•    Great Plains Trails Network: Helps build and promote multi-use trails for transportation and recreation, encouraging healthy lifestyles while preserving the environment.

•    Nebraska Land Trust: Dedicated to the mission of protecting agricultural, historical, and natural resources on land in Nebraska through education, partnering, and permanent conservation.

•    Wellbeing Initiative, Inc.: Empowers individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges to reach their fullest potential. We cultivate communities through training, education and support.

“We believe everyone can be a philanthropist. Gifts of all amounts strengthen our community by supporting important causes doing vital work. Our new nonprofit members, and all of our nonprofit partners, are enhancing the quality of life for every Nebraskan," said Melissa Filipi, Executive Director. "With one gift through Give Nebraska, you can support any or all of our nonprofit members and make a difference for your neighbors, coworkers, and friends."

Founded by Nebraska nonprofits, for Nebraska nonprofits, Give Nebraska is a federation of nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life in Nebraska, and exists to connect donors to the causes they care about most.
